I swear I have something to write about for this entry and the moment I logged on to the computer, my mind just went blank. I just hate it when this happens. Maybe it's just me. Damn. Let's call it the Mind-goes-blank syndrome. Yeah. It happens when your mind suddenly goes blank. Hmm..any remedies? Hehe!
Ah well, guess have to wait till I log off this computer then the idea will come back. And by that time, I will have no mood to on the computer again. Trust me. Till then, I guess you'll have to wait a couple more days to find out my purpose of blogging today. Which I'm sure I will never recall it again. So don't bother wait for it. Maybe it's nothing important.

Today's whether is very very unpredictable. One moment it looked like it's gonna rain, the next moment, Sun shining brightly. Even the MET station predict that there'll be flash floods and raining in most areas. I've been waiting, but not a single drop of rain fell. GREAT! I went to National Library this afternoon. In the bus, I could see grey clouds gathered near Suntec area. I guessed it's gonna pour soon. After spending quite a long time in the library, thinking that maybe the rain already stopped. But guess what? It was DRY outside! Gosh! Make me bring such a big umbrella for nothing. Never mind.
As usual, I have nothing to do at home. Other than staring at the computer or sleep. SO BORING. Plus, tomorrow I will be visiting my uncle - from my dad's side - at SGH. He's better now. Only thing is that his Right side is very weak. Hope he recovers fast.
Speaking of tomorrow, there'll be AI - American Idol. I'm NOT satisfied with the results last week. Amanda Overmyer got voted off. The Rocker Nurse. DAMN! I mean, all the judges seemed to be praising her about her being very authentic about her singing and her style stuff like that. For me it's good to see a different side of AI. A breath of fresh air. But No... ppl prefer those who are popular. I dun know lah. I'm just enjoying the fun. At least I have some TV shows to watch, other than rotting myself. HEHe!!
As of this moment, I'm waiting for my mum who's in the toilet - showering. Both my dad and brother are out. It's a good thing. At least there's peace in the house and there'll be light. If my dad is home, my house will be in the dark by 9:30pm. Save Electricity. Plus, my dad will be sleeping already. Don't ask me why. It's a LONG, WINDING, BORING AND MISERABLE STORY. So, let's keep it as it is.

Kelly, Trish, Durga, Shuo Ke and I attended Samantha's (Not the other irritating 'Sam') 21st B'day celebration. It was held at a condo at CCK. Very FAR. But at least I don't complain. It's still in Singapore.
When I was in the bus, it started RAINING heavily. I got worried as my sandals had no friction on the soles. So, chances of me slipping and falling on my butt was very slim. My sentiments were right when I arrived at Yishun Interchange. The floor was wet and I was walking as though I was walking on egg shells. Very S-E-L-O-W-L-Y!!! I almost slipped but I held onto the railings. It was a chore, I tell you! But thankfully, I didn't fell. Phew! Or else, I'd have a grey top to Sam's party instead of white. Hehe.
As we arrived there, not many guests arrived. So, we just hang around until 7 plus, we started to eat. The food was nice. I was hungry so had second servings with Sam's fren, Rebecca.
Nothing WRONG with THAT! It's a BUFFET. Nothing to be Pai Seh about. Anyway, around 8 plus, cake cutting ceremony. The cake was beautiful. It was a cartoon character princess in Yellow dress. I really like it. Then followed by Sam's speech. I must say, she thanked EVERYONE from all the EDUCATION levels but she forgot to thank her Mummy and Sister. Hai yoh! LOL!! Must be too excited in turning 21. Then the cake eating time. The cake was nice. Not too creamy that makes you wanna puke.
While I was enjoying my cake, I met this familiar face. Shu Hui, Sam's Nitec classmate. Shu Hui happens to be in TP doing the same course as me. Actually, I saw her first and wondered I met her before in TP a couple of times. Then when I finally meet her personally, only then I know who she is! GOSH! It's such as SMALL world. Haha!! So, Kelly and I chatted with her, took pics outside and exchange numbers. I must say, Shu Hui is a very nice person to talk to. She's very friendly. Hehe!! She somehow reminded me of my Secondary sch fren - Eudora. Hehe!!
After that, some of Sam's frens asked us if we wanted to pack some food home. I said yes. So, Rebecca and I helped ourselves with the food. I took some rice, noodles and Sweet and Sour Fish. She took noodles and Chicken! LOL!! Call me an aunty for being so KIASU or THICK skin. But I don't see the harm in bringing food home. It's not like I'm STEALING! People offered me, so couldn't say No. If nobody were to bring home the food, I bet they'd probably end up in the dustbin. So Sayang.
Well, that's about it.
Currently, I'm waiting for Miss Kelly Khoo to come to my house, to continue our gift fixing. (It's for Sam's 21st b'day. Shall not reveal what it is.) We started it yesterday at Kelly's house. Unfortunately, we had to move up to her apartment's roof top to do as I'm TERRIFIED of her dog. Nothing new from me lah. I'm SCARED of dogs. So, don't ever TRY to BRAINWASH me to think that dogs won't bite. Just let it be. I'm scared of dogs. End of story.
Back to the roof top. Yesterday was a hot & windy day. Up at the roof top was splendid as I got my back 'burnt' from the scorching sun. We painted some parts of the gift, tried figuring how to fix it & kept our things from flying. It was fun to be up there, considering the fact that this kind of opportunity just comes once. However, the enjoyment had to be cut short as I got a phone call from my mum informing me that my uncle was admitted to SGH for mild stroke. My mum and I rushed to SGH. Thankfully, my uncle was fine. He can still talk normally, only his right side is weak. Hope he recovers fast.
Right now it's 2pm and Miss Kelly (VIP) not here yet. Wonder what time she'll reach. Later in the evening, the 4 of us (Trish, Durga, Kelly & Me) are gonna catch Step Up 2 at PS. [Don't worry girls, I WON'T spoil it in the Cinema. I Promish.] :)
I just got a msg frm Kelly: "Sorry Rina, I just woke up. Just now I went to take a nap. Leaving the house soon." THANKS AH KELLY!!! HAI YOH!!!! I really thought she was at my house bus stop already. Humph. >:-(
Anyway, having my hols is fun but when you are stuck at home is not fun. So, a few weeks back I went to the market with my mum. While she's busy telling the aunty what she needs, I saw this on top of the potatoes corner:

It's 2:20pm and Kelly's still not here yet. I bet she'll go bonkers if she reads this entry. LOL!! I'm talking bad about her!! LOL!!!!
Don't you just hate it if you have ulcers or toothaches or even biting your tongue or lip? Yup. I'm having it right now. It SUCKS!! First, I have this painful sting on the tip of my tongue. So, if I'm not careful and it brushes against my teeth, it will HURT like HELL!!! Took a good look at it, and found out that it has this white spot on the pain area. I can't really remember how I got it. Perhaps from the food I ate the other day. The food was piping hot and maybe it burned my tongue. Yikes!! Next is at the back of my mouth. It's on the flesh of my left inner cheek. I think I accidentally bit on it while eating. So now it's kind of swollen and it's VERY Irritating! Everytime I chew something, I will bite on the swollen area. DAMMIT! Now, I have to chew my food on my right side set of teeth. I've been spending a GREAT amount of time finishing my food. It's a chore to EAT nowadays!! Also, it kind of spoil my appetite! UGH! This has been going on for 4-5 days now. I really hope it'll heal soon. I can't bear the pain.

The chips that Kelly bought - NOT NICE!! Yuck! LOL!! It's some Italian corn chips with 4 cheeses! To me, the Smell of the Cheese was so OVERWHELMING! But Kelly LOVE it! Can tell from her face.
You can see, food seemed to be dominant during our study period. LOL!! Water is essential!! Not for Kelly though! LOL!!!
Kelly busy "Colouring" her Mktg txt bk. She seemed to highlight Everything I highlighted. LOL!! The paper was in 2 days. LOL!!!
So, Kelly and I decided to study again for our Last paper - (Fundamentals of F&B). She booked a Study Rm in our sch lib. Instead of a max of 4 hours, the librarian gave us 8 hours. Hehe!! That's very nice of her. So, we got the room to ourselves for the whole day!! This was what it was during our "Study".

This week will be very tense for me. Why? My exam results are coming up. I'll get my results via SMS. Cool huh? Well, it doesn't matter. What matters is the results I'll get. Hopefully I PASS ALL!! [ Fingers crossed ] So, it's gonna be a spine-tingling, nail biting pressure on me. I won't be able to sleep well this week. ARGh!!! I'm OVER REACTING!! SHIT! But I'm REALLY hoping for the best. Will update, not to worry.
So, nothing much to update lah. But I will try to post a bit longer than the previous entry. As Trish wanted to kill me for posting such a short entry. HEHE!! I will try my best Trish! Don't worry. Hehe!! Hmm..Let me think.....wat to post....
AH! I know, post some pics that I've been taking for some time now. One thing about me being in TP, class celebration is rather common in my class. There'd be somebody's birthday to celebrate. And each time, all of us would have to chip in money to buy cake. However, for the last few celebrations, I've been rather upfront about the portion of cake I get. I've been getting rather small portion of cake - considering the very "SEXY" size that I'm in. Hehe!! Well, c'mon, I know I should not eat too much, must exercise and the whole nine yards about losing weight saga. But you see, it's not that I eat cakes everyday, plus, the cakes are delicious and I PAID for it! So, I deserve it. Therefore, everytime I chip in, I said I want a bigger piece of the cake. But of course, my request was ignored - as usual. Bet you're thinking, "deal with it lah!" NOPE! Once, I took the Advantage of having a bigger slice of the cake!! Hahah!! I felt good!! Heheh!!! Mischievous! I know... Heheh!!!

This cake is the one where my fren and I open ceremony as though it was our b'day. Both of us took the big piece! When I ate it, the cocoa powder went straight up to my nose!! So I choked on it!! Haha!!! The cake is from Hans. Very nice!!
This is the last b'day celebration. It's aft my first paper. It's from Prima Deli. Each of us get one of each flavour. It was very sweet. Can get diabetes. LOL!!!

Here I am. Having my hols now. A total of 8 wks of hols. But I can bet that it'll pass without me knowing it. I've tonnes of things to do and I've not started on any of them yet! First of all, I'm BROKE. DRY. NO MONEY. Yesh. Nothing new from me. Always NO MONEY. Hmm... thought of finding a job, all the applications ask for any working experience. That's what I don't have. So it kind of suck to not have any experience. Envy those who got a job already - good on you. But nevertheless, I will go do other stuffs that have been put on hold for quite some time now. So, at least I get things done.
Exams... Ugh. All I can say is that I've never stayed up so late in my life to study, at the same time, getting my ass numb from all that mugging in my room. All those dreadful nights studying and cursing under my breath to the amount of topics to learn. I've never taken studying for exams so seriously as I did this time. Extremely intense. Yikes! [ Will not go to that state again. Ever. It's suicidal! ] But on the bright side, I hope that my effort pays off. Hope I'll pass my exams and proceed on to Yr 2. Please God! Help me!
