My school is very 'slow' in starting the exams. While other schools have last few papers or even ended the EOYs. I have no idea what the school system is becoming.

Just before I am typing this, I read one of my friend's blog. It seems that she is still updating her blog regularly. I must say I am envious of her (NOT IN A BAD WAY ENVIOUS). First of all, she is SO PRETTY and looking at the pics makes me feel bad - in a sense that I do want to be pretty and be able to post nice pics of me in my blog too. I wish I can do more things in my life. Be more active in life and experience new things.

Hunger pangs. This is my problem. I will feel hungry or crave for food at many intervals during the day.

For example yesterday. I ate 2 slices of bread with jam for bfast at 7am. Then did some work in the lab and watched Korean Drama (Heartstrings). At 10:45am, my tummy 'croaked' (I could hear it even!) I ate a candy and it 'croaked' again 10 mins after. That made me think "Do I really have to eat again?" I can't keep on eating throughout the day! I will burst! - literally. I think through these years, I have been stuffing food and in a sense my stomach got expanded. So even when I eat a little (I try.) I will not be 'satisfied'. This is what I realised and I really want to change. It's about time that I do something about my eating habits. I need help. Seriously.

Ok. my mind just went blank and I have nothing to report about today except for the weather is fantastic! HOT.

Peace.h0sriNahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06474540168745609170noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11556488.post-63871065075270497472011-10-11T10:43:00.002+08:002011-10-11T11:11:55.587+08:00Truth Hurts..Yesterday I went for my early check-up with the Gynaecologist. It's regarding my irregular period. I've been going there for years and at every trip is the same news - I need to lose weight to get regular menses. And at every trip cost me $25. Not cheap I know.. But yesterday it finally hit me.

The day before (Sunday) I know that I have been eating a lot of fast food and I know I have not lost weight - which I told the doctor that I will work on it. I am such a BIG FAT LIAR! Plus I will get to know my blood test results. So yesterday I was rather worried, stressed, nervous and every anxiety feelings put together. When I reached KK Hosp, my mum said she wanted to have a drink or some light snack at the Food Court. I was tempted by the Yong Tau Fu there. So I decided to buy it. I chose fish cakes and some veg. Knowing that it will not only increase my weight last min. After eating I began to perspire - as usual, there's fuel in my body that needs to be converted into energy. Without giving much thought I proceed to the Clinic, registered myself and waited. I was still perspiring in an air-con place. That is not good because I would need to get my Height, Weight and BP taken. DOUBLE NO GOOD.

I rested for a while and took the measurements. My BP was HIGH!!! I told the nurse that I just came so she instructed me to rest for a little while longer and then take my BP again. At that point, my mind was racing and I hate that feeling. It's not good news. Around 10 mins later I went in again and the nurese took my reading. Still not satisfied, she took my weight - I was 122.2 kg as of yesterday! Nothing to be pround of. Then last attempt on my BP was 194/101 and my pulse was 102. THAT IS SUPER BAD! I COULD DIE ANY MOMENT. The look on the nurse's face was not encouraging. When my mum got to know of my stats, she freaked out! That freaked me out further! I perspired more!

A few minutes later I was called in. The doctor took my stats and say that I gained weight - 2 more kilos packed in my body. She said my BP is VERY HIGH and it's unhealthy. She kind of scolded me for not reducing my weight. She went on saying that exercising is difficult at first and I will get tired easily due to my weight. But with persistance, I will lose some weight. She said "Its how motivated I am to exercise. Because no one else will do it for you if you don't do it for yourself" Sounds familiar right? But that really got me. She said "I really can't do anything much unless if it's about your menses, I can give your medications for that. But you really have to reduce your weight and watch your diet. Other than that I cannot help you." She also mentioned that younger people are getting strokes and they die at a very young age. She also added before she let me go "You readings should not be like this (meaning my weight, BP etc..) considering you are at such a young age.." Woah... that really hit me right smack to the point.

Oh. Regarding my blood test results, there are no signs of Diabetes (THANK GOD FOR THAT!!!) but my Cholesterol Level is bit High (Oh NO.)

OK. I PLEDGE that I will start losing weight. I promise. I won't let my mother down anymore. I can't bare to see her worry for me. I will lose weight and be a better and healthier person for her. Never mind if I don't make it in my studies but in health its far more important to work for. I MUST BE MOTIVATED! GOD PLEASE HELP ME! THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP ME BUT YOU! PLEASE HELP ME.h0sriNahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06474540168745609170noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11556488.post-27726608371141729322011-10-07T10:16:00.002+08:002011-10-07T11:24:15.644+08:00Updates...Yes. The title says it all. Updates about my Life - What are my thoughts on situations, experience etc.. My current craze - be it Food, Interest ( this includes the one particular person that I am admiring...hehehe) Aspiration and all that jing bang. Hope I can get this sorted before I go crazy.

First of all I am listening to Blue Velvet by Bobby Vinton. Yeah. This song is as smooth as velvet itself. There's another version done by Tony Benett and KD Lang. It's a laid jazz -where I would love to listen on a romantic night. hehehe... No lah.. it's just a nice version. hehe..

Okay..Okay.. Updates. Right. Where shall I start. Hmm... Ok. This year being 2011, therefore I am 23 years old. Yes. Still single and always ready to mingle. (Haha. the last part is a bit random). I am currently working in a Science Lab as Lab Assistant (Relief - meaning I am a nobody. No authority. Have to work without benefits.) I started beginning of this year. There are a few aspects that I like about working for this position despite the minimal benefits. They are:

1. I am working at my secondary school. I was a student here therefore it's good to be back and see my teachers.

2. The school is only a 5-10 mins walk from home. HOW GOOD IS THAT? What's even better is I get to save money on TRANSPORT AND LUNCH. (Yes, my mum will send lunch to the side gate for me daily. DOUBLE GREATNESS RIGHT? BTW, canteen food sucked ever since I was still a student).

3. My working hours are from 7 am - 4pm. Nice. This also means I still can enjoy my social life with my dear friends or just with my mum. hee....

4. THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT: I've found an Eye Candy in School!!!!!! Yes.. He's a Science Teacher and it's BLOODY AMAZING to be able to see him. hee..... I will not disclose his name as I am afraid I might get discovered. I shall call him 'Mr ahem..ahem..'. Will elaborate more on him later in the post.

5. The pay is quite good. But too bad I couldn't save as much because I've been spending on Food, CD albums, more Food and treating my students/AK members. But I have been gving my mum $100 monthly to keep for our trip to BKK at the end of the year. Whooohoooo!!!!!!!!!

There you have it. A gist of my working life. Next is Interests.
1. I still love to EAT. That explains my Obese state. I just can't abstain myself from food. I hate myself for this.

2. I still love MUSIC. Genres that I still enjoy are Jazz, Classical ( Music from the 50s & 60s), Pop and the current beats. ( I don't know whether to call it Techno or Club music). AND my LATEST Crave is KOREAN Music! hehe..Yes. Kpop, Hallyu Korean Wave etc.. I am a current fan. From Music, Dramas (OH I LOVE THE DRAMAS!!! Way, WAY.. Better than what's shown on tv locally) and Variety Show AND AND!!!!! KOREAN FOOD!! Hanguk Eumshik! hehehe.. The Idol groups that I am currently a fan of are Super Junior and MBLAQ. Yeah.. will elaborate further in future entries.

3. I WOULD love to sing. Yes. This is the part that I still don't get to do freely and be good at it. Sometimes when I watch videos on Youtube singers sing as if its natural. I would like to sing like them.. Artists include Michael Buble, Adele, Amy Winehouse (Rest her soul) etc.. They have this unique voice that I'd love to have or develop. BASICALLY I WOULD WANT TO SING. Because it makes me happy and I feel like I am a different person when I sing. Well, too bad no one see my efforts. It's sad.. :(

End of My Interests. There are more but just not deep enough to be called interest.

NEXT! As I am constructing this entry I am HUNGRY! Canteen food sucks. My Mum is still not well from her cough - so no food sent. There is ABSOLUTELY no EDIBLE things in Lab for me to eat. When I am hungry I will be in a zone thinking of food that I'd eat when I knock off work later. Foods like Popeye's mash potatoes, Bibimbap, Dairy Queen Ice Cream sandwich, Sushi!!! and many more.. These are just the thoughts that I have in my as I am typing. The list is just getting longer.. Famous Amos cookies just came up. GOSH! I AM A TERRIBLE PERSON!

Got to end here. Got to pretend to do work. Bye.h0sriNahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06474540168745609170noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11556488.post-7659940900936175162011-10-06T11:46:00.002+08:002011-10-06T12:18:54.713+08:00Here I am again. It's quite peaceful in the lab now - except for the fact that Mdm Lee is sitting opposite me leaning back to rest. heheh... that's one good thing she got her spot there. No one can see her EXCEPT me. e

As I am writing this, I am listening to Angel's Cry by Mariah Carey and Ne-yo. It's a nice song. I'm putting it on repeat. Hehe. This morning I almost flared up at anyone I saw. First of all, I cam early (at 7 am mind you) signed my attendance in the GO (Gen Office). Guess who I saw? Ms Lau n Mr AhemAhem. Hehhe!!!! I shall not disclose his name as I am afraid I will be discovered. Hopefully no one in the school get to know about this blog! Or ELSE! Ok. I greeted Ms Lau and then I took the opportunity to look at him and maybe just maybe greet him too. But before I had the chance - which is due to my shyness.. he was already looking at my direction and gave a small short laugh. OOOOHhh!!! I WAS BLOODY DAMN HAPPY CAN?! Hehhe!!!
That gave me the strength and power to start off the day!

But my Happiness ended just minutes after. The stupid Datalogger course was not cancelled! I didn't prepare the apparatus and my HOD was already in the lab! That drove me insane!!! As I frantically tried to gather the apparatus I was cursing under my breath. At the same time I saw him already seated in the lab and I kept going in an out from Prep room. In the midst of the chaotic situation I was in I wondered did he see me? My face? My upset face? I hope he saw and wondered why I was so upset. hehehe. Yes... Still have the time to think of such things. But hey, what ever the situation is, face must maintain okay...! hehehe Also that calmed me down abit. Got me in control abit. hee...thank you ahemahem! LOL...

I will write more abt ahemahem... hehehhehehehheh0sriNahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06474540168745609170noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11556488.post-42756516521030219592011-04-21T12:27:00.002+08:002011-04-21T12:42:59.163+08:002011Suddenly the thought of blogging came up. I know it's random and silly since my last post was almost a yr ago! Great.

Since keeping an actual diary is quite boring. Also when ever I want to write, there would be distractions. Be it at home or work. Damm. So I'll just try to blog as discreetly as possible.

I'm in the Bio Lab now. Waiting for 13:50 class and get over the practical. Sitting in the lab is THE MOST BORING EST job ever. All it does is get my already big bum BIGGER! Amazing. One good thing about it though, it's peaceful- meaning when the teachers and students are not around, i can actually ponder about things. Not that i have lots of things to ponder. BUt at least i can do some thinking/reflecting.

The one thought that came up from my mind is "When will I have courage." Courage in this sense is - courage to exercise and keep a healthy lifestyle. I've been putting this on hold for the longest time. It's bad of me but I can't seem to start. This is a bad habit that I need to tackle.

Ok got to go now. Need to prepare Bile Salts and Lipase Solutions.h0sriNahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06474540168745609170noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11556488.post-69916986074476407162010-05-16T23:12:00.002+08:002010-05-16T23:20:58.206+08:00Hello Blog World.

It's been more than 2 years since my last entry.
No I'm not D-E-A-D.

I've been contemplating whether to continue with this blog - or just delete it. Well, nothing much to say since it's been 2 yrs of absence.

However, I'm curious if anyone still bother to read my blog. hee...It would be good if there is a response. Speaking of projects, I'm having problems with my group mates. AGAIN. This time round, it's something that I do not wish to reveal as it might offend people reading this. SO, to save my ass, I shall keep quiet. IT'S HORRIBLY demoralizing.

Anyway, I started off my holidays with a big BANG! Literally! It's not a figure of speech. It all went like this:

It was a Friday afternoon. Raining. I was in the bus from Vivo. I was sitting at the upper deck at the front seat. The bus was going quite fast for a rainy day. Good in a way I can be home faster. But the bad part is about to happen. When I was along Serangoon Rd, I saw this tree branch hanging quite low. I thought to myself, the bus is gonna hit the branch. Apparently, it didn't stop. The next thing I knew, I shielded myself with my bag and the very next moment, BANG!!! I was just waiting for the branch to hit me. I really thought I was going to die. When the bus jerked to a stop, I saw the window broke and the glass all shattered onto my bag, both my arms and my suit cover. I even had glass fragments on my feet. I shivered and was so close to tears as I was THANKFUL that GOD spared my LIFE!! Thank GOD that I didn't faint. I was so traumatized for 5 mins. The bus driver just said SORRY and distributed COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS FOR THE DAY. ARGH!! DAMMIT!!! As I got off the bus, my right toe hurt and bleed. I went to find a seat and took out a piece of glass stuck in my toe. Luckily I managed to get it out. If not, I don't know what will happened. The funny thing was before the accident happen, I was listening to Jesse McCartney's Leavin - the part where he goes "Don't Stress...Don't stress...Don't Stress..." BANG!!! What a coincidence. HA! I even had the time to take some pictures as proof and memories for me that I was THIS close to Death. I'm indebted to GOD! That's for sure!

This was how it looked like:
The LEFT side of the seat was where I was sitting.
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhWSu-XovFqzpaLp7EYKl0CwpVzPk_us05MfeTNVSvcwSdpM_ZMx-GsFHl23d_agAYuuQE-DHvPH_ZIvQtLN6evjIEDDIZJMF-OCe3r6IkXUMXR_mMARw67lSsb_nELkRTcd3VU/s320/Photo0875.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5208059631527052546" />

The broken window
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj1SELhMeIzo-rU3MBJz4lKD5M7dWIHJxDTx3BpswYkEeoKeWqr9-gducBBJZv89Tsom5jk3ti4K3QpEd5_P2ljxywRA6x-KKdCkYhZtFjiTEbViO-Mt6lo0hnDZMlLydgvAbcX/s320/Photo0874.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5208059638807190786" />

Notice how if the branch were to pierce through? Didn't watch movie. Just had dinner and walked around Bugis Village. When Trish and I met Durga, she needed to buy shoes as the one she was wearing was killing her. I cold see she was in pain. Aww..Kelly was an hour late. Nothing new from her. Heheh!!! Had KFC for dinner. Kelly had a wonderful consultation regarding How to Give a Good Presentation; courtesy from the VERY BEST Undiscovered Talented Consultants - Dr. Trish (M.B.B.S in Mass Communication) and DR. Durga (Ph.D certified in Insurance Advisor). It's a one-time opportunity for Kelly as these 2 consultants are very BUSY with their Daily Schedules and it was very GRACIOUS of them to spare some time for Kelly. Plus, IT's FREE!! Haha!

Before we left, we took some pictures in front of Goldheart Jewelry Shop. Instead of doing my projects that are haunting me everyday. HECK!

Anyway, currently studying in TAS is kind of a hassle. But never mind, I shall deal with it. I'm getting use to the pace of life there. Got comfortable with the times that I have to wake up and anticipating the jams or arrival of the Sentosa Express.

Right now, my class have held the record for chasing the teachers out. One was our Entrepreneur tutor Ms Maggie. She is the most fiercest tutor in TAS. Her motto, "My mood depends on the students." So, if she's in a very bad mood, don't bother talking to her as you'll never know when she might blow up on you. So, avoid her at all cost when she's angry. Well, she walked out the class becoz one of the guy tried to prove her wrong (can't remember the exact cause). Before she walked out, she banged the table with her file and screaming at that guy until her voice was almost gone. I could sensed that she was about to cry but she tried to hold it in. It was sad that my class made her go out and almost made her cry. Gosh!!

Next, we made our Care Person a.k.a Form teacher out during our tutorial. Reason being, my group was too noisy and that no one wanted to present the debate. Also, the next group drew some obscene stuff on the flip chart for the debate. He got so angry and walked out of the class saying "We should be more professional and respect the teachers here. And turn off the air-con when you leave". Some of my classmates went to chase after him to apologize but he ignored them. They even called his hp and he purposely ignore it. So, the whole class decided to write an apology letter to him. The next day, he came and told us that we shouldn't behaved that way and he thought the letter was interesting. Whatever.

Then my class joked about who's gonna be the next victim. Right. I'm quite surprised that such things are coming from them. I mean, I won't be surprised if it's from ITE students. BUT Even ITE Students we were before, but we never went to SUCH extent. What do you say ISF? Hahah!!! No matter how irritating we were, no matter how the teachers HATE us, we were still playful and the teachers miss us now. Hah!

Anyway, here are some pics of TAS. Enjoy.

Part of the COMPUTER LAB.
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEim57BZOO1sLRgUdlD3YE6l-3Bss07EpYV8tvukzQnseh506hyCB9sOPATpAlQhPL_HXNZ-Xy1c-ujuhYQrC-XJJ_WsKNMCA-Cqy1DG6zBp5Chub5pD4HnKtiiIGlXrU8WQhyQa/s320/Photo0773.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5202397820329767250" />

The connection between the Sentosa Express carriage.
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiOuLCMOpK5ifUoVyVqEKcazcUAJF5ZXCDO3c2uAWZXT3kDitk9OJ68fATffQqbJ5bXbZ5YlZL5GqT8727QDj1nv7WkpD65D6rqwjj0ILr0jcl6H_Qeg1C4RVoRHu_O_hsdeURh/s320/Photo0778.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5202397820329767266" />

This weird 'Tree-house' in front of every block. Been pretty busy lately the week before school starts. Actually, today is the 2nd day of school. At Sentosa.

I have mixed feelings about this whole Sentosa thingy. First of all is Distance. Yes I know, I shouldn't complain since complaining will never resolve any of this. So, I just have to let this out. Ok. The journey from my house to Sentosa is atrociously pain in the ASS! Why? Imagine this, waiting for bus 65 for 10-15 mins everyday (Not including rainy days, God knows how long more it'll take). Then, the bus ride to Vivo will take a good 45 mins to an hour (If the bus driver is such a sucker! Who have to stop at every Traffic light!). Once at Vivo, take the Monorail Express which will take a good 10mins. Lastly, the walk to the school is around 5mins max. Overall, you do the math. Distance.

Next is Food. I know..I know...I wonder what my life would be without food. So, at school, there's this small 'canteen' (the teachers called it) but I think it's more like a cafeteria with alfresco dining. I've yet to discover the 'canteen'. If they don't sell anything nice, I'm gonna hate it.

Third, Security. Now, I'm not saying that there's a guard at the entrance and we students have to undergo screen checks everytime we arrive. But guess what? There's a number code when we want to enter the TOILETS! IMAGINE that!! Oh! Plus! The lecturers and tutors have a different set of numbers from students! OMFG!!! I was wondering, if the lecturers get gold plated toilet seats and sinks when they enter the same toilet as the students, just because they have a different set of numbers! WOW! Really 'amazing'!

Lastly, TimeTable. Apparaently, I'm content with my timetable. Most of the days, I end at 3pm. But the down side of it is, I have to start at 9am. I still have 2hrs break in between lessons, which kind of suck as there's nothing interesting to roam around at Sentosa within such a short time frame. So, I wouldn't risk it. Therefore, I've decided that I'll either be in the Computer Lab doing absolutely NOTHING! or I could just be sitting around with the perpetual praying mantis sound and stone like a zombie. Interesting.

More updates and some pics of the school. :)h0sriNahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06474540168745609170noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11556488.post-9193284435653428112008-04-04T21:20:00.000+08:002008-12-10T22:38:58.218+08:00I took a look at how the video for the previous entry. It turned out that there's the video PLUS another duplicate. I have no idea why. Hmm...Need help. It looked OK when I "Preview" it in blogger. But when I publish it, this happen. So, I really don't know what to do. Help? Thanks.

Anyway, in the midst of typing this entry. I was just browsing through this website : omg.yahoo.com. This site has tonnes of pics of celebrities and stories about them. I'm kind of hooked to it as we'll never get them here. Locally. Either you'll have to buy US and People mags imported from the US, which gonna cost us a bomb. So why bother when you can get it for FREE? Aaahh....!!! the wonders of Technology these days. :)

So, this afternoon Kelly and I went to East Coast Park. When we reached there, the weather was showing signs of raining - Dark clouds, occasional winds and droplets of rain.

Our main agenda was to rent a 2-seater bicycle and explore the place, since we didn't have the time the other day that we went plus, Kelly couldn't ride a bike yet. However, due to the bad weather we were indecisive about renting the bike. Both of us felt wasted coming all the way to East Coast. Nevertheless, we took a risk by going ahead with the renting. It cost us $4 each. (2hrs + 2 water free). Cool.

Here's the pic of the bicycle.
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjRxodzyxP1rKR07tX5sVmaQQAyeWh12jEvuVL7HJCayywLGpA9h7Ujc7YyATOvotRiBPh5znway9rzds-xa9OGJhPOgzppBl8SM-pGb0jW8Bld817k7FB9uoixSUJTwGWDWQF6/s320/Photo0724.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5185372433396392818" />

There's 3 Possibilities why Kelly covered her face.
1) The SUDDEN feeling of being SHY (apparently she's NOT!)
2) Protecting her face from the Sun (It wasn't that HOT)
3) She's digging her nose for some TREASURES! (LOL!) :)
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEilUrpc4hIoSevwF4LYce7wdq8vC34qwwOKMaoS0hSxs9kckuPX9xjSaGmhJlF4mxrspY0Cs_Bn8Vg9ZqiCoNXmX60hZuvmvRmUrxs5B8Ht7YZZCDL1vjqADVi51F5RW1aYA85T/s320/Photo0725.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5185373000332075906" />

Nice pic of us. Our day at the Beach.
We really got NOTHING to do. Hehe!!h0sriNahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06474540168745609170noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11556488.post-35777719062028369342008-04-03T14:02:00.005+08:002008-04-03T17:37:24.184+08:00It's already April. That means 1 thing - School is starting soon and I'm clearly not looking forward to it. Speaking of April, I've been fooled by my mum. She called my brother and I to see that there's a crazy "Ah Pek" at the Lift. I was so eager and rushed to the gate. When I was at the gate, I saw no one and my mum suddenly shouted "APRIL FOOL!!!" Damn!!!

Right now it's pouring HEAVILY. It's so HEAVY until I could not even see the next block. It's all Blur... WOW. Guess this rain will last for quite a while. OMG. There's children playing at the playground in the rain! GOSH! I mean I love to do that too, but not when there's lightning every few minutes. GOD! Are they insane or something?

Anyway, that's all for now.

Wait. Check out the video. My first time. Hehe!! Will have a better one next time.

h0sriNahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06474540168745609170noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11556488.post-16377903134360531802008-03-28T00:18:00.002+08:002008-03-28T00:26:54.790+08:00I swear I have something to write about for this entry and the moment I logged on to the computer, my mind just went blank. I just hate it when this happens. Maybe it's just me. Damn. Let's call it the Mind-goes-blank syndrome. Yeah. It happens when your mind suddenly goes blank. Hmm..any remedies? Hehe!

Ah well, guess have to wait till I log off this computer then the idea will come back. And by that time, I will have no mood to on the computer again. Trust me. Till then, I guess you'll have to wait a couple more days to find out my purpose of blogging today. Which I'm sure I will never recall it again. So don't bother wait for it. Maybe it's nothing important.

See you!h0sriNahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06474540168745609170noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11556488.post-57488934113958685692008-03-25T20:07:00.003+08:002008-12-10T22:38:58.532+08:00Today's whether is very very unpredictable. One moment it looked like it's gonna rain, the next moment, Sun shining brightly. Even the MET station predict that there'll be flash floods and raining in most areas. I've been waiting, but not a single drop of rain fell. GREAT! I went to National Library this afternoon. In the bus, I could see grey clouds gathered near Suntec area. I guessed it's gonna pour soon. After spending quite a long time in the library, thinking that maybe the rain already stopped. But guess what? It was DRY outside! Gosh! Make me bring such a big umbrella for nothing. Never mind.

As usual, I have nothing to do at home. Other than staring at the computer or sleep. SO BORING. Plus, tomorrow I will be visiting my uncle - from my dad's side - at SGH. He's better now. Only thing is that his Right side is very weak. Hope he recovers fast.

Speaking of tomorrow, there'll be AI - American Idol. I'm NOT satisfied with the results last week. Amanda Overmyer got voted off. The Rocker Nurse. DAMN! I mean, all the judges seemed to be praising her about her being very authentic about her singing and her style stuff like that. For me it's good to see a different side of AI. A breath of fresh air. But No... ppl prefer those who are popular. I dun know lah. I'm just enjoying the fun. At least I have some TV shows to watch, other than rotting myself. HEHe!!

As of this moment, I'm waiting for my mum who's in the toilet - showering. Both my dad and brother are out. It's a good thing. At least there's peace in the house and there'll be light. If my dad is home, my house will be in the dark by 9:30pm. Save Electricity. Plus, my dad will be sleeping already. Don't ask me why. It's a LONG, WINDING, BORING AND MISERABLE STORY. So, let's keep it as it is.

Ok! Done! My mum's out! My turn now! Hehe!!

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgZXZ2MF1Kpta1o_71VYFtS1FOVCvW2mtrZMcOEQDcA3wxa5b7d-NtyleCUVys2zNwwk0xATBZetyPqZn4W8x6JGwk7Q_9StDbArNHpqn0bXZWfrEkk7tD9BZWfCKqTt8QKjO15/s320/DD.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5181656419101959010" />h0sriNahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06474540168745609170noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11556488.post-19402069255754099242008-03-23T00:05:00.002+08:002008-03-23T00:42:57.738+08:00Kelly, Trish, Durga, Shuo Ke and I attended Samantha's (Not the other irritating 'Sam') 21st B'day celebration. It was held at a condo at CCK. Very FAR. But at least I don't complain. It's still in Singapore.

When I was in the bus, it started RAINING heavily. I got worried as my sandals had no friction on the soles. So, chances of me slipping and falling on my butt was very slim. My sentiments were right when I arrived at Yishun Interchange. The floor was wet and I was walking as though I was walking on egg shells. Very S-E-L-O-W-L-Y!!! I almost slipped but I held onto the railings. It was a chore, I tell you! But thankfully, I didn't fell. Phew! Or else, I'd have a grey top to Sam's party instead of white. Hehe.

As we arrived there, not many guests arrived. So, we just hang around until 7 plus, we started to eat. The food was nice. I was hungry so had second servings with Sam's fren, Rebecca. Nothing WRONG with THAT! It's a BUFFET. Nothing to be Pai Seh about. Anyway, around 8 plus, cake cutting ceremony. The cake was beautiful. It was a cartoon character princess in Yellow dress. I really like it. Then followed by Sam's speech. I must say, she thanked EVERYONE from all the EDUCATION levels but she forgot to thank her Mummy and Sister. Hai yoh! LOL!! Must be too excited in turning 21. Then the cake eating time. The cake was nice. Not too creamy that makes you wanna puke.

While I was enjoying my cake, I met this familiar face. Shu Hui, Sam's Nitec classmate. Shu Hui happens to be in TP doing the same course as me. Actually, I saw her first and wondered I met her before in TP a couple of times. Then when I finally meet her personally, only then I know who she is! GOSH! It's such as SMALL world. Haha!! So, Kelly and I chatted with her, took pics outside and exchange numbers. I must say, Shu Hui is a very nice person to talk to. She's very friendly. Hehe!! She somehow reminded me of my Secondary sch fren - Eudora. Hehe!!

After that, some of Sam's frens asked us if we wanted to pack some food home. I said yes. So, Rebecca and I helped ourselves with the food. I took some rice, noodles and Sweet and Sour Fish. She took noodles and Chicken! LOL!! Call me an aunty for being so KIASU or THICK skin. But I don't see the harm in bringing food home. It's not like I'm STEALING! People offered me, so couldn't say No. If nobody were to bring home the food, I bet they'd probably end up in the dustbin. So Sayang.

Well, that's about it.h0sriNahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06474540168745609170noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11556488.post-54788896919757962082008-03-18T13:44:00.004+08:002008-12-10T22:38:58.805+08:00Currently, I'm waiting for Miss Kelly Khoo to come to my house, to continue our gift fixing. (It's for Sam's 21st b'day. Shall not reveal what it is.) We started it yesterday at Kelly's house. Unfortunately, we had to move up to her apartment's roof top to do as I'm TERRIFIED of her dog. Nothing new from me lah. I'm SCARED of dogs. So, don't ever TRY to BRAINWASH me to think that dogs won't bite. Just let it be. I'm scared of dogs. End of story.

Back to the roof top. Yesterday was a hot & windy day. Up at the roof top was splendid as I got my back 'burnt' from the scorching sun. We painted some parts of the gift, tried figuring how to fix it & kept our things from flying. It was fun to be up there, considering the fact that this kind of opportunity just comes once. However, the enjoyment had to be cut short as I got a phone call from my mum informing me that my uncle was admitted to SGH for mild stroke. My mum and I rushed to SGH. Thankfully, my uncle was fine. He can still talk normally, only his right side is weak. Hope he recovers fast.

Right now it's 2pm and Miss Kelly (VIP) not here yet. Wonder what time she'll reach. Later in the evening, the 4 of us (Trish, Durga, Kelly & Me) are gonna catch Step Up 2 at PS. [Don't worry girls, I WON'T spoil it in the Cinema. I Promish.] :)
I just got a msg frm Kelly: "Sorry Rina, I just woke up. Just now I went to take a nap. Leaving the house soon." THANKS AH KELLY!!! HAI YOH!!!! I really thought she was at my house bus stop already. Humph. >:-(

Anyway, having my hols is fun but when you are stuck at home is not fun. So, a few weeks back I went to the market with my mum. While she's busy telling the aunty what she needs, I saw this on top of the potatoes corner:

Spot the 'Heart-shaped' potato.
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjvsGPyHSuf4yB-aKwrxrN-B1YnltyQmrbGVMLKIodo4GmW_mw1uop5he2_t5Vf7Rbq3U5ChUxkFQ_7GEcmVULUqtiF5WCAq2FtItekaK3LVuMtGnpDXQVu92L3Sqw6fpLbDk2s/s320/Photo0585.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5178958844369277602" />

Even my mum was like "eh rina! Yup. I'm having it right now. It SUCKS!! First, I have this painful sting on the tip of my tongue. So, if I'm not careful and it brushes against my teeth, it will HURT like HELL!!! Took a good look at it, and found out that it has this white spot on the pain area. I can't really remember how I got it. Perhaps from the food I ate the other day. The food was piping hot and maybe it burned my tongue. Yikes!! Next is at the back of my mouth. It's on the flesh of my left inner cheek. I think I accidentally bit on it while eating. So now it's kind of swollen and it's VERY Irritating! Everytime I chew something, I will bite on the swollen area. DAMMIT! Now, I have to chew my food on my right side set of teeth. I've been spending a GREAT amount of time finishing my food. It's a chore to EAT nowadays!! Also, it kind of spoil my appetite! UGH! This has been going on for 4-5 days now. I really hope it'll heal soon. I can't bear the pain.

Anyway, I would like to post pics again! Hehe!!! Can't help it when I have a camera phone. hehe!!

First up: My Studying Days for Exams [ Can't believe it ]

Studied for Mktg (My LEAST Favourite Subj) in the afternoon
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjgHeuR_uZSfDgxb59Q0AmqzwRsIPB7oAWQvQiFWrsAPWEFgKXrctWqzE0gbB2oH_vOprBBe_CylY9mNEj-qmB4Kmf9D1PCp5uVH4FgxcJySigTK86AAyhH2dh9eSJLiGdg1EOu/s320/Photo0621.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5176402436885025314" />

This is the state of my table in the night. Hai yoh!!!h0sriNahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06474540168745609170noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11556488.post-62355775763030854662008-03-10T20:47:00.006+08:002008-12-10T22:39:01.300+08:00This week will be very tense for me. Why? My exam results are coming up. I'll get my results via SMS. Cool huh? Well, it doesn't matter. What matters is the results I'll get. Hopefully I PASS ALL!! [ Fingers crossed ] So, it's gonna be a spine-tingling, nail biting pressure on me. I won't be able to sleep well this week. ARGh!!! I'm OVER REACTING!! SHIT! But I'm REALLY hoping for the best. Will update, not to worry.

So, nothing much to update lah. But I will try to post a bit longer than the previous entry. As Trish wanted to kill me for posting such a short entry. HEHE!! I will try my best Trish! Don't worry. Hehe!! Hmm..Let me think.....wat to post....

AH! I know, post some pics that I've been taking for some time now. One thing about me being in TP, class celebration is rather common in my class. There'd be somebody's birthday to celebrate. And each time, all of us would have to chip in money to buy cake. However, for the last few celebrations, I've been rather upfront about the portion of cake I get. I've been getting rather small portion of cake - considering the very "SEXY" size that I'm in. Hehe!! Well, c'mon, I know I should not eat too much, must exercise and the whole nine yards about losing weight saga. But you see, it's not that I eat cakes everyday, plus, the cakes are delicious and I PAID for it! So, I deserve it. Therefore, everytime I chip in, I said I want a bigger piece of the cake. But of course, my request was ignored - as usual. Bet you're thinking, "deal with it lah!" NOPE! Once, I took the Advantage of having a bigger slice of the cake!! Hahah!! I felt good!! Heheh!!! Mischievous! I know... Heheh!!!

So enough yakking!! Let the pics do the talking!!

This Strawberry cake is nice to look. But it's very CREAMY when eat too much.
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjoT9Y5yWElyUeQexbwuHJMIMsB-4ZyMedU6yHALfeyN5pi9bl00fwoTT6KrWWZM_t78UrAPKhJzsTWgZ5aw_3YrppSeFJWFXsAN7YUcxXWjyBcxecQZtFbChiwUIp211hhsotr/s320/Photo0503.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5176103296707826146" />

This cake is the one where my fren and I open ceremony as though it was our b'day. Having my hols now. A total of 8 wks of hols. But I can bet that it'll pass without me knowing it. I've tonnes of things to do and I've not started on any of them yet! First of all, I'm BROKE. DRY. NO MONEY. Yesh. Nothing new from me. Always NO MONEY. Hmm... thought of finding a job, all the applications ask for any working experience. That's what I don't have. So it kind of suck to not have any experience. Envy those who got a job already - good on you. But nevertheless, I will go do other stuffs that have been put on hold for quite some time now. So, at least I get things done.

Exams... Ugh. All I can say is that I've never stayed up so late in my life to study, at the same time, getting my ass numb from all that mugging in my room. All those dreadful nights studying and cursing under my breath to the amount of topics to learn. I've never taken studying for exams so seriously as I did this time. Extremely intense. Yikes! [ Will not go to that state again. Ever. It's suicidal! ] But on the bright side, I hope that my effort pays off. Hope I'll pass my exams and proceed on to Yr 2. Please God! Help me!

So here is a little update from me.h0sriNahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06474540168745609170noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11556488.post-68225920282535501772007-11-16T22:24:00.000+08:002008-12-10T22:39:03.812+08:00After reading updates from my friends' blogs, now is my turn. Have been missing lately due to hectic sch work. Some were irritating, but some were plain TOUGH! Been having very little sleep because of late nights dealing with assignments.

Here's some updates...

My class celebrated 4 of my classmates' birthday weeks ago. Apologies for the DELAY... Here's wat we had...

This is for the boy's b'day. I had the green donut with some candle wax on it. Had a REAL BAD tummy aft that. Haha!! Must be from the candle. I'm not pointing fingers.
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh7mEnuIvcyaOr0vtpUCyJpIZYfy5lvpRF8V8_sGxq_SiFSXC0u_s5RXvd1GO10l4aNhyUSyBh2e71U1W0quWYP4vHH0X1C1TZLclpnEmYmME_gS5WiZHiXADeEprqhnjQnLzn0/s320/Photo0285.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5133448009440967714" />

This is for the girl's b'day. Real big piece. Nice and chocolatey. Not those typical cake loaded with cream that makes you puke! Haha!
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgJNCdToaSwwz3opqdaVZC3mwLjav3_rcWlpyZhpFMII10OVgOj9vsLLILLdoytbiJR5qKYykWB1A_XbImah0CQRRlF0ykjDkt49tr-nouPd2p6GG9yOpFuTMhsVCs7yOGyd4rs/s320/Photo0296.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5133447541289532434" />

On Wednesday, there was an event by the SPH. Plus, they were giving out Cotton Candy for FREE! So, Izzah and I queued up for it. When it comes to my turn, the aunty had to refill the machine. Then, when it was formed, she put around 3-4 rounds of cotton candy from the machine! In my mine I was imagined when is she gonna stop. Instead she kept bundling up with more floss! WOW! In the end, it looked like this...

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgag0CvF52tclqfcFp32f1hpCdbJhXK1KULfR23I6YiQHRNzDPmz4ctU6VIbaIodTh3YrM9OdFbo11oKIx_9OPn1zqH2ZSJT8x6rw_NH87gfFAasxwuhLoOuYXBJOtgCIgWiplw/s320/Photo0311.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5133450423212588082" />
It was SO BIG that it covered Izzah's face. Haha!!!

Today. The atmosphere at my sch was CHAOTIC! Why? Coz, it had CCN (Campus Care Network) Day for the Applied Science and Engineering Sch. Plus, TPRawks was goin on - Don ask me what TPRawks for. So, in the midst of the chaos, I took this

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg7CtKouU-wSPP4XT8H-c1diSZO9crr4ptNoMx0IBy0Qyj5IT7x5SrsKK8DijMo9rEkQ-qnSED9joIzF_8obNOa6wc_zSNxWNgd95y5DuzniINZ0fGnOYVJVhQi7UD156SCS_qC/s320/Photo0324.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5133451406760098882" />

That was just the beginning. When we were at Trish's counter, we helped her with tearing tissue packets from it's cards. 2 of Trish's other friends came and helped too. A few moments later, I acknowledge the girl beside me. She asked my name and said, "You're hosrina right?" I was surprised how come she know me. Then she confirmed with me whether I was from macpherson primary. Then she introduced herself as Joanne. We were in the same school before. No wonder she looked familiar! She look so Different now. Make up and dressing all different. Omg. It's such a small world! I still remember when we were still in primary school, she was a very shy person. Her mom was very friendly and sometimes let out her rantings to my mom. Haha!! Oh my god! I was so glad that I met her again! Haha!!

Anyway, after that Kelly and I accompanied Trish to eat. The foodcourt was SUPER NOISY! The atmosphere and the whole concept of the foodcourt was very Chinese Oriental. Ancient times. Everything was very elaborate! But the noise was over the top! The 3 of us couldn't hear what we were talking. Gosh!!! I hate it!

Then we had Gelare ice cream for dessert. It was very nice. I chose Blueberry Cheese Yoghurt. Kelly had Double Chocolate. Trish had Oregon Mint Fudge. Mine was sour-ish while theirs were sweet and creamy. Dammit. Wrong choice RINA! So, here are some pics lah.

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi67bVyJ9_1GV8jQYIsQ2rY-jRynOtgji3fUY5BslqNyiBJ1Rd7Vhyphenhyphen_n4mUU8psut3zO61Km7uzH9excdsXML8fwpizQc3IOG6iHPlkQ58MQ-Pi1kg9Zc_dT1TDo-U_kA_qSlM7/s320/Photo0264.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5125972931069357538" />

Our Ice Creams.

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhqGxs4Ms4qx9NOO1efo3S7hUG3S3l5ptxhLJaQ0UMJXAKjpb3xVDv52ccNBVpr-vaBG_HBNUVjUWT_JwawgCXwj2dMR4cJTGpWyrKr7ofq1jap7hAjthZ-fcalgMCyUM48Vd4w/s320/Photo0266.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5125973493710073330" />

Trish, I'm in front of you! I can bet on that. A textbook that my lecturer tried desperately to psycho us to buy cost about a whooping $46! His excuse is that TP students are the first ones to get the 2008 edition of the book. In the US, he said it cost around US$98. Plus, he told us we are pretty lucky. RIGHT. We are going to use it for 1 SEMESTER (around 17 weeks) which means we are using the book a total of 17 times. I guess by the end of the semester, the condition of the book will still look brand new. So, I can give back to the seller and redeem back my money. Hey! that's not a bad idea huh? NOT! Well, I'm still thinking to whether buy the it or not.

I have yet to buy notes for every subject and I'm pretty sure it's gonna take up half of my Hari Raya collection. Hai.. Eversince a few years back, my collection has been lesser because I'm getting older and my relatives thinks that I'm already working, so NO money. Boo! But never mind lah...I dun really bother that much as long as I get to enjoy the goodies can already. Haha!! We'll see how it goes then!

Anyway, yesterday school ended real early. So, my mother and I went to NTUC to get some grocery. While my mother was picking vegetables, I found this:

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjzo4wgXaJVt1glRrfalQ6krMQy7L6MVmafpjdljIijXl9OFXz01-5FjvufGsPZt5U6Nf3KSVgDIb5hyphenhyphen1oQdHW0F4oIn_fQvlVv5_r2fHyCxGk3dsfKuioz7C_t0lKjrd1pU882/s320/Photo0258.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5124750702231468258" />

These are decorated Pumpkins! Sold at NTUC for $6.50 each! Ai yoh!! It's for decorative purposes! Damn! Hahah!! They look scary! Haha!! Not even close. See, all cause of wavelengths that are diffuse by Oxygen and Nitrogen. Since blue has the shortest wavelength, it's diffused up to 10 times long. So the human eye sees more of it than any other colour. That's why the sky looks blue Daddy!
Daddy: Who taught you that?
Daughter: Mommy!

Haha! Bet you must be cursing me right now. As though I have no life. Btw, all that jazz was an advertisement on Internet Radio from years back. I was kind of obsessed with it as the 'Daughter's voice was DAMN cute la!! Haha!! So sorry for those who had to endure my nonsense before. Hehe!

Anyway, school's starting soon and I'm dreading it. I know, I know, I never seem to appreciate the events that are happening in my life. But I'll try my BEST ok! Hey! Speaking of appreciation, I would like to extend my GREATEST thanks to KELLY for treating me Lunch on Friday. We went to Vivo and ate at Secret Recipe. We flipped and contemplated on the food menu for so long... and ended up ordering nothing from the menu, but from the little promotions menu at the side of the table. I'm panicking and my mum going ballistic but my dad is BUSY with his hp and sitting at the sofa meditating. My brother is ALWAYS out! Treating this house as a hotel. Blah.

I have no comments.

Have a great DAY!!!h0sriNahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06474540168745609170noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11556488.post-46979517387768308332007-09-14T22:21:00.000+08:002007-09-14T22:24:42.189+08:002 Down
28 To Go.

Today’s break fast meal was a simple one – Tuna sandwiches and cup noodles. Since it was just the 2 of us (Mom and I) so, we kept things simple. Surprisingly it was very filling! Haha! Thankful.

As usual, my day went per normal, nothing fancy.

On the bright side, I was glad to go back to my sec school for Angklung. It felt so GOOD! After so LONG! When I arrived, my conductor told me “Rina! Take the Melody!” I was nervous as it’s been a while since I’ve touched the instruments. Plus, they were playing Quizas Quizas Quizas. I’ve wanted to learn that song but I can tell you, it was tough. I was stressed up a bit. But I managed and it felt good! I love the interlude part. I had so much energy when playing. Looking at the Juniors, they were exhausted! They got no drive during CCA. I was kind of angry at them for not even having the slightest enthusiasm! Okay, I know that they have been in school since morning, plus the weather wasn’t helping as it was gloomy. Fine, point taken. But all I have to say is that, they should have at least some life when coming for CCA. I’m not asking for Energetic beyond ballistic enthusiasm. All I’m asking is just some kind of motivation on their faces. When I looked at them, I felt I like taking my mallet and whack each and every one of them. But then they will hate me. So, all I did was to make silly jokes and made a fool out of myself. That perked them up somehow. I was glad though. Towards the end of practice then I felt that they were actually played well. Brava! Thank you Juniors! Keep up the good work.

Got back my exam results. It was VERY BAD. Nothing to feel proud of. I shall not dwell upon it for long. It’s deteriorating my spirit. Got to move on and take this as a lesson learnt – Got to be more hardworking next time.

Have a nice day!h0sriNahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06474540168745609170noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11556488.post-35199489168498927092007-09-12T00:17:00.000+08:002007-09-12T00:19:08.575+08:00Well Hello! Hello!! I have and announcement to make. It is now official that the start of the FASTING Month is on Thursday. Yes! Excited as I am, I hope that I will do a good job this year. Keeping my fingers crossed. Haha!

I discovered a very peculiar behaviour of my dad today. Well, after I had my dinner, I thought of indulging to Ben & Jerry’s Cookie Dough Ice Cream. (I’ve been eyeing for it for so long now). So I shared it with my parents. But once my dad tasted it, he kept eating it non-stop. Then I got a call from Kelly and we chatted for a while. After the conversation, I found out that the ice cream was half-full! I felt a tinge of anger as I only had a few spoonfuls myself. Apparently someone enjoyed the ice cream! Then, I came up with an excuse that the ice cream’s melting and thinking to put it back in the freezer. My dad murmured something with spoonful of ice cream in his mouth, “Might as well we finished it.” (Yeah, you are going to finish it for me aren’t you?) I thought. Luckily, my mom protested “Oi! The ice cream is expensive you know!” Finally, my dad gave it back like a surrendered soldier. Haha! Of course my mood was dampened when I saw the amount left in the carton. Haha! (So much for indulging the ice cream huh?) Right.

I am proud to say that I’ve finished reading all my 3 books! Haha!! Yes! Btw Kelly: I’m not setting up a Book Club here! Haha!! I’m happy to share my accomplishments to whoever’s out there. Haha! I’ve nothing to boast about here. The 3rd book is about how 3 friends started to get pregnant and all their dilemmas in their relationships together with very vivid descriptions written by the author about pregnancy. Haha! It’s good.

=)h0sriNahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06474540168745609170noreply@blogger.com0
